SPRING CONCERT: MAY 14TH @ 6:30
BOOSTER MEETING DURING THE CONCERT
We are excited about starting our first fundraiser for the new season. This is a raffle with cash prizes.
BUCKS for Band Fundraiser the tickets are $20.00 each. This fundraiser will kick off tomorrow night through June 20th.
Cash prize: 1st $3,000.00
You will NOT need to be present to win. The students will be able to sign out tickets Wednesday during class. We will go over more details tomorrow night at the booster meeting.
BAND BANQUET: MAY 17th
Arrive: 6:00 pm- 6:30 pm
Dinner: 6:30 pm- 7:15 pm
Awards: 7:15 pm
This is a pot luck dinner for your entire family. We ask that every family bring dinner. There will be tables in the hall by the cafeteria for you to put the food one We will be eating at 6:30 so please make sure to have your food on the tables by then.
Dinner: ex: pizza, Bojangles, spaghetti. We are asking every family to bring (2) gallons of tea or water or (2) liters of soda. We are expecting around 350-400 people.
We are needing help to set up the cafeteria on Friday. If you are able to help please come at 4:00 pm.
